PART-TIME BOOKKEEPER

Rock Lodge Club is looking for a part-time bookkeeper to handle collections, payments, reconciliations, payroll and tax-related tasks. Rock Lodge Club is an approximately 250-member tax-exempt, lake-oriented social club, which operates from mid-April through mid-October. While Rock Lodge Club is only open for six months a year, some bookkeeping work is required all year long, with varying hours. Average work is approximately 15 hours a week. We currently use QuickBooks online. Work can be done remotely.

Specific tasks include:

• Dues management

• Property and room rental fee collection

• Day visitor (no-member) fee collection

• Vendor / bills payments

• Tax payments

• Reconciling bank accounts

• Payroll for two employees

CARETAKER POSITION

Are you passionate about maintaining natural environments? Do you enjoy exploring ways to make your surroundings better? Do you thrive in a role where you can contribute to the upkeep of communal spaces? Look no further! We're seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join our team at a private, naturist lake community in Stockholm, NJ. We are an active community throughout the warmer season with members and visitors spending time enjoying the natural beauty of our club. The community contains two buildings with both private and a few overnight rental rooms, as well as common areas with kitchen and bathroom for general use. Rock Lodge also has a small lake, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, natural grounds and private cabins.

The Caretaker role is full time from early April to late October. This position is ideal for snowbirds, recent retirees, or someone looking for a regular six-month position.
