Hosting Guests

Guests are the responsibility of the members who invite them. Members are responsible for ensuring:

• The Guest Visitor Form is filled out once a season

• Guests need to ensure that they have signed a General Release and Liability Waiver. Guest forms are available in the Bungalow foyer and the office.

• Guests pay for their visit. Completed forms and payments should be brought to the office, placed in the blue box in the Bungalow, or use the QR Code (available in the Bungalow foyer) to pay on line.

• Members alert the Membership Committee that their guests are on premises by sending an email to visit@rocklodge.com

Guest Rates: $30 per adult /day; $20 per young adult (under 30) / day

Guest Policy

Guests may be invited by adult members in good standing. Members are responsible for ensuring that their guests are registered with the Membership Committee. Guests can also rent rooms through our reservation system.

Any individual may be invited as a guest for a limited number of days in any calendar year, and shall be given one of the following choices:

1. Visits for up to 4 days during any calendar year. If this option is chosen, a guest shall be charged the Guest rate.

2. Visits for up to 6 consecutive days during any calendar year. If this option is chosen, a guest shall be charged full Daily Fee rate for each day the guest remains on Club's grounds.

3. If a guest is a relative or a family member of a Resident Member, visits for up to 6 days (consecutive or non-consecutive) during any calendar year will be charged the Guest rate.

4. If a guest is a relative or a family member of a Resident Member, and his or her principal residence is farther than 500 miles away from Stockholm, NJ, the guest shall be allowed a visit up to 20 consecutive days during any calendar year. If this option is chosen, a guest shall be charged full Daily Fee rate for each day the guest remains on Club's grounds.

Note: A one-day visit may extend from 5 p.m. of the preceding day, to 9 a.m. of the following day. Example: a Saturday visit may extend from 5 p.m. on Friday to 9 a.m. on Sunday. This is to accommodate guests with a long drive.

No person who has exhausted his or her visit quota for the calendar year shall be permitted to return during the same calendar year as a guest of another member.

Full or Associate Members should notify the Membership Committee of the date and approximate arrival time of their invited guests by emailing visit@rocklodge.com. Members should be on the grounds during their guests' visit, and be prepared to let them in the gate if it is not being attended.
